Very pleased with the friendliness and professionalism. The company stood by there word and worked well to address my father's concerns with having a section of his roof repaired. We felt like the company was honest and not out to take advantage of an elderly person. Both Chris Seymour and Gavin Seymour did a good job and explained what they. I would recommend using this company.

I’ve had nothing but great experiences with True Roofers. They first replaced the roof on my office several years ago, and the work turned out excellent. Because of that, when my home was damaged in a recent storm, I didn’t hesitate to call them again. Going through the insurance claim made me realize very quickly that the insurance company is not on your side. Duane and the True Roofers team stepped in, made sure I was treated fairly, and handled the claim from start to finish. Duane was extremely knowledgeable about every detail of the roof and the process, and he kept everything moving until approval was secured. Between my office and my home, True Roofers has now completed two roofs for me. For my home, I paid my deductible and chose to upgrade to a metal roof out of pocket, and I am extremely happy with both the upgrade and the final result. Their professionalism, experience, and willingness to stand up for their customers truly sets them apart. I would confidently recommend True Roofers to anyone needing roofing work.

True Roofers did an incredible job on my new home. I originally planned on installing shingles, but Duane took the time to walk me through my options and talked me into going with a standing seam metal roof instead. I am so glad I listened. The metal roof completely changed the look of the house, and I have zero regrets about not putting shingles on. The quality of the workmanship, attention to detail, and overall professionalism were top notch from start to finish. If you’re building a new home or looking to upgrade an existing roof, I highly recommend True Roofers. The guidance, honesty, and final result were well worth it.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about True Roofers. Brandon Beasley saved me after several contractors messed up on my roof. He is such a great communicator, kind, made the process so easy and pricing was great! Brandon took the time to explain the process from beginning to end and that’s why I went with them. Truly Blessed….thanks Brandon! Highly recommend Brandon and True Roofers!
